Section 1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and naga11 ("Platform", "we", "our"). This document governs your use of the naga11.bar website, the naga11 mobile app, and all related services provided by us.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the naga11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the naga11 platform.

Section 2Member Eligibility

To register and use the naga11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the date of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition, court order, or other restriction that prevents you from entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Have never previously been banned or barred from using the naga11 platform or any related platform.
• Using the naga11 platform in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes, not for commercial or resale purposes.

Section 3Account Registration & Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on naga11 at any time. This includes accounts registered under different names, different email addresses, or different phone numbers from the same device or IP address.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must update your account information should any changes occur to your personal details.
• Your account password is entirely your responsibility. naga11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of your password to a third party.
• The use of a false name or identity during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any duplicate accounts found will be closed entirely, and balances across all associated accounts may be forfeited.

Section 4Deposit & Payment Methods

Naga11 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and USDT. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all local payment methods.
• Deposits may only be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your naga11 account.
• Naga11 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit from an unrecognized source or third-party account will be returned and processing fees may be deducted.
• Naga11 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud.

Section 5Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawals from your naga11 account are subject to the following policies and limits:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for all local payment methods.
• All first withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by your VIP tier — from RM5,000 for Silver members to unlimited for Elite members.
• Naga11 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measures.
• Withdrawal processing time depends on your VIP tier — from standard processing for regular members to instant processing for Elite members.

Section 6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

Naga11 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to the specified rollover (turnover) requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new user.
• The use of hedging strategies, contra betting, or any method intended to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk is prohibited.
• Naga11 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated wins if bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or cashed out without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion terms.

Section 7Game Rules and Conduct

All users are required to comply with the game rules and conduct standards set by naga11 while using the platform:

• The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Games in the live game room are subject to additional rules set by the respective game provider.
• All game outcomes generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system, as well as those produced in live games, are final and cannot be disputed.
• Naga11 reserves the right to void any game or bet that is proven to have been affected by a technical error.

Section 8Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your naga11 account:

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone, including naga11 staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account protection — this can be done from your account settings.
• Report immediately to naga11 support if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Always log out of your session after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Naga11 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their account.

Section 9Account Closure and Suspension

Naga11 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during the registration or KYC process.
• Multiple account registration.
• Bonus abuse or promotion exploitation.
• Abusive behaviour or threats directed at naga11 staff.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the naga11 support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met.

Section 10naga11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, naga11 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.

Naga11 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.

Section 11Responsible Gaming

• Temporary cooling-off option ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion option.
